Jamaika:
Der Bericht der jamaikanischen Ganja-Kommission empfahl im August 2001 unter anderem, dass Cannabis als "Sakrament für religiöse Zwecke" entkriminalisert werden soll.
"My thing is to respect a person's conscience and anything done in moderation, not abused. And if they see that it is something than can assist them in their prayer life and in approaching the divine, and [if] they genuinely and sincerely believe that God has provided it for them to assist them in that, then I can't say to that `It is immoral'.
